Brows By Mireya is a luxury permanent makeup studio dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through refined, soft, and customized results. Each service is designed to create effortless, balanced features that complement your unique bone structure and lifestyle. Specializing in Ombre Powder Brows, Nano Combo Brows, Brow Corrections, Lip Blush for natural lip enhancement, and Saline (LI-FT) Pigment Removal for unwanted or outdated work. Every appointment begins with a detailed consultation and precise eyebrow mapping to ensure facial harmony, symmetry, and client approval before any procedure begins. All services are performed using advanced machine techniques with a strong focus on skin integrity and long-lasting, natural results. Previous work done by other artists is considered a correction service and requires prior approval before booking. A clear photo of existing work is required for assessment. Please note: correction services include an additional fee based on the level of work needed. Private consultations are available for clients who desire more guidance before committing to a service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy Deposits / Booking Fees All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your reservation. This fee goes toward your total service cost. ⸻ Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of up to 20 minutes is allowed. Arrivals later than 20 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and weather conditions. ⸻ Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled through your confirmation email or by texting (323) 331-8915 at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment without losing your booking fee. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new booking fee. Each appointment may only be rescheduled once. Any additional changes will require a new booking fee regardless of notice given. Please review my availability before requesting a new date. ⸻ Cancellations Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance will retain the booking fee as a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book again. ⸻ No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or not responding within 15 minutes of your appointment start time will be considered a no-show. ⸻ Late Policy Courtesy Out of respect for all clients and scheduled services, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. ⸻ Card on File & Repeat Cancellations A valid card on file may be required for future bookings after a no-show or late cancellation. Clients with multiple no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may be declined future appointments.
