CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy Deposits / Booking Fees All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your reservation. This fee goes toward your total service cost. ⸻ Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of up to 20 minutes is allowed. Arrivals later than 20 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, and weather conditions. ⸻ Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled through your confirmation email or by texting (323) 331-8915 at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment without losing your booking fee. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new booking fee. Each appointment may only be rescheduled once. Any additional changes will require a new booking fee regardless of notice given. Please review my availability before requesting a new date. ⸻ Cancellations Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance will retain the booking fee as a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book again. ⸻ No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment, arriving more than 20 minutes late, or not responding within 15 minutes of your appointment start time will be considered a no-show. ⸻ Late Policy Courtesy Out of respect for all clients and scheduled services, late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. ⸻ Card on File & Repeat Cancellations A valid card on file may be required for future bookings after a no-show or late cancellation. Clients with multiple no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may be declined future appointments.
